Welcome

What's New

Thank You

for Community Day

Thank you to all who performed, displayed art and particpated in Community Day at LEGOLAND. We had more people than ever cheer on our performers, view the beautiful art and enjoy a fun day. We are grateful to LEGOLAND and the LEGOLAND Education Department for welcoming us all for this great community event.

Community Day is a big event for Kid's College and we appreciate our volunteers and families for helping with the day. We would like to especially thank our performers and their families. All the performers did a great job performing in front of such a large crowd. We appologize for the long wait in the check-in/out area. This process did not meet our standards as we had fewer volunteers than we expected. We appreciate everyone's patience in getting performers to the stage and back safely with their families. We are already thinking of ways to improve the day next year and hope you join us for Community Day 2014. Thank you to the community and everyone supporting Kid's College.

Spring II classes are also starting so please see the class listings for your individual school's class offering and program dates.

Summer Discovery Camp: Robotics, Art & Nature

Week 1: June 24 – June 28 / Week 2: July 15 – July 19

Fun and engaging summer science, art and nature camps held at Alta Vista Gardens at the top of Brengle Terrace Park, Vista, CA.  To ensure camp quality program experience, camp size is limited. Sign up early to secure a space!

Come join our Summer Discovery Camps. Discovery Camp combines the best of two camp experiences.  Students will enjoy working with and learning about robotics and will get to explore the gardens and further enhance their creativity through brain games and art projects inspired by the nature around them. We have two programs based on grade level. For more information download our camp flyer.

For those students who will be entering grades 4-6 in the Fall of 2013, they will use LEGO NXT robotic kits to learn about robots and what they can do. They will build and program these robots to solve problems and challenges. With breaks to hike the gardens and expand their creativity with brain games and art, these students will have a great combination of activities. Our campers who are entering grades 1-3 will use the LEGO We-Do robotic kits as their basis for learning about robots. They too will hike the gardens and use their creativity in art and activities geared to their ability. This is a fun and enriching summer experience.
